Courses

Our courses are structured across three levels, tailored to different disciplines and levels of expertise. Covering a wide range of topics at varying depths, the courses provide a comprehensive knowledge package for a nuclear waste programme. We regularly review our course offerings and revise them based on needs and demand.

Level 1

Level 1 courses provide a broad introduction to the key components of a geological disposal programme for nuclear waste. The target audience includes all personnel working in different areas of a nuclear waste disposal programme who need to understand the overall framework. It is also ideal as an introduction for new employees.

Level 2

Level 2 courses offer personnel from various disciplines a deeper understanding of the most critical areas:

• Siting, site investigations and site characterisation
• Strategies and communication for consent-based siting

The target audience for Level 2 includes management and personnel working in these specific areas.

Level 3

Level 3 courses focus on specific disciplines and provide an in-depth and extensive understanding of each subject area.

• Information- and data management for site investigations

The primary audience is experts in the respective disciplines.
